Villa Dominante was completely refurbished using local materials, stonework and marble, and now offers comfortable accommodation, living and entertaining space for 8 people.

Outside, there is private parking for up to 6 cars. Entrance to the house is via one of the villa’s many terraces, shaded by a mature olive tree. The garden in front of the house includes a 12m x 5m pool, seating areas around the pool with sunbeds, and a large comfortable shaded terrace for those a little more sensitive to the midday sun.

 

Inside, the two principal living and entertaining rooms have direct access to the large upstairs terrace and its stunning views of Montauroux, Callian and the valley below.

Living room:

Two large sofas, open antique fireplace, Flat screen television, DVD player with a library of over 100 movies and TV shows, CD player with a selection of CDs, Wi-Fi connection throughout the house

Kitchen & dining room:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American-style fridge, microwave, induction hob and oven. The dining area can sit up to 12 for dinner. One wall of this room is made entirely of glass (fully reinforced to prevent any mishaps), which can be opened back completely to create free-flowing access to the upstairs terrace – ideal for outside dining and entertaining.

The beds in all bedrooms have been brought over from Peter Jones in London to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep for all guests.

Master bedroom suite: A superking-sized bed. Double doors open out onto a private terrace over-looking Callian and the valley below.

En suite bathroom: Double sinks, bath and a very large walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: A king-sized bed.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, which can be combined to form a superking-sized bed if required.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds, which can be combined to form a superking-sized bed if required.

Shower-room 3: Cloak room with a large walk-in shower

For winter lettings and in case of the occasional cooler summer evening, there is central heating throughout the house; the principal rooms and all bathrooms have under-floor heating; and the living room has an antique open fireplace.

For guests with young children, the villa is equipped with 2 travel cots and a baby seat. Guests are advised to bring their own monitors if required, however the local hypermarket which is 5 minutes from the house (Leclerc) has just about everything you might need.
